Refund Policy

At Canadian Tax Enthusiast Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content, training programs, digital products, and community experiences for Canadian business owners. Due to the nature of our offerings—including immediate access to proprietary materials, exclusive content, and scheduled live sessions—all purchases are strictly non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Online programs and courses (live or self-paced)
Membership subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
Live or pre-recorded training sessions and webinars
Coaching, Q&A calls, or office hours
Digital templates, spreadsheets, guides, or resources
Any bundled or bonus content provided as part of a promotion

No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Lack of usage or participation
Scheduling conflicts or missed sessions
Dissatisfaction with the content, format, or results
Technical limitations on your end (e.g., device, internet connection)

Purchasing any of our offerings means you are receiving access to intellectual property and digital educational content, which by nature cannot be returned. Therefore, you agree to waive any right to cancel, dispute, or request a refund once a purchase is made.

No Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Protection Act (Manitoba), no cooling-off period applies to online purchases of digital goods or educational content, unless otherwise provided by law. We do not offer a cooling-off or cancellation period because our products are delivered either immediately or on a schedule that cannot be paused or reversed once access is granted.

Chargeback Policy

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute through your credit card company or payment processor for any transaction. Doing so constitutes a breach of this agreement, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of fees, legal costs, and damages resulting from such action.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute or claim arising from this policy or any purchase made through Canadian Tax Enthusiast Inc. will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manitoba, Canada.
